Dr. Smith is a trusted Doctor who is an excellent diagnostician. He has been my Doctor and my Daughter’s Doctor for years. So glad he is practicing again in Lexington.
Dr. West is the best! She listens and really takes care of your needs. Listening, is one of most important skills a Dr can have. I’ve been with Dr. West over 17 years!
Dr. Coker is such a good provider that I’d pay cash to come see him & I’d follow him if he ever went into private practice. The world needs more physicians like him.
Dr. Watson was very helpful and personable and took time to answer my questions. I felt like he was present, listening, helpful and not one hand on the door knob waiting to leave the room! Dr. Watson?s nurse was very nice and pleasant as well!

Dr. Coker was fantastic. He took the time to explain results to a test that I received and thoroughly answered my questions. He had a fantastic bedside manner and explained things to me as a regular person would. That is a lost art
My 9am visit (annual physical) went smoothly from registration, to nurse, to Dr, and lab test. I am a new patient and moved from VA. Dr. Smith was able to find all my medical records from my chart. I did fast before I went for my first visit so I got the blood test done. My lab results came back in pm. I went into MyChart app and found my results. Dr. Smith also sent me a summary of my results. I am very impressed with the professional care I received. Thx.
Beth Bowers is without equal. Whatever you are paying her, isn't anywhere near enough. If I had a use for her skill set in my business, I would hire her away in a skinny minute. You're lucky, though.
Dr. Coker is a warm, caring Dr. that puts the patient at ease, feeling comfortable and shows he cares for the patient and that you are not just a file. He goes beyond by having a concern that you are well and shows compassion.
Dr West is amazing . She consistently gives the best service and treats me with respect , compassion and dignity. Dr West listens to me and actually asks questions to get to root cause of why I am at the Doctors I’m the first place. She answers all of my questions and I leave her office completely aware and knowledgeable of next steps or treatment. Lexington Family is lucky to have such a talented , personable and knowledgeable Doctor on their staff.
Beth listened. She had looked over my file. My symptoms were obvious in retrospect, however, no medical professional over the past four months had taken time to look in my ears!! I am taking prescribed meds and feel much better.
Dr Watson is the best. He’s very patient and kind and really listens to my concerns. He helped me find a referral to another specialist I’ve needed for over a year. I’m very thankful he’s so patient and understanding. I always tell people this is a great place to go. The other thing is he’s always on time… I never wait… they are very good on scheduling and that’s unheard of for doctors offices!

I’ve only been seeing Dr. Smith for about six months now and just wish I could’ve found him many years ago. I did have difficulty when I called to schedule the appointment. The person I talked with did not understand the purpose of the visit. When I arrived for the appointment the doctor and staff did not realize why I was there. They were most accommodating in meeting my needs.

As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow one to two business days for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Lab/Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.
Immunization Records
Please allow up to two business days on all immunization record requests. If you must call our office for an immunization record, you may be asked to leave a message with the patient’s name, birth date, and contact phone number.
School/Work Excuses
School/work excuses will be issued at the provider’s discretion only when the patient has had an appointment.
Questions for Your Care Team
You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
After hours there will be an on-call provider who will be available for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day. If an emergency occurs after hours, please have paper, pencil and pharmacy phone number available. Prescription refills will not be handled by the on-call provider nor will pain medications, controlled substances or antibiotics be prescribed to your pharmacy.
